Our area is predicted to get snow soon (like, tonight soon) so we’ll be plucking the remaining Tabasco peppers and bottling them, regardless of ripeness.
Tabasco peppers are still spicy, even when they’re green!

Also, we will be able to offer our PepperKat medium sauce throughout the year. All other sauces (PepperKat Hot & Kabasko) will only be offered during growing season - so once those sell out, they’re gone until 2026!
